What To Expect In A Session

The aim of my sessions is that women obtain quick seeing results. These are going to be seeing their daily life, having a better understanding of their body, feeling free to express your desires and sexual needs, and better communication not only in a relationship but also with yourself. Remove all the tension coming from your bad experiences and beliefs. The most important part of our journey together is Reprogramming, rebuild and recover all the feelings and sensations that for any reason you lost.

The session will begin with the taking of a clinical history where emotional aspects will be examined.
An objective or objectives for the treatment will be defined; this process will be done in collaboration between the client and the coach.
A session of Psychological Education will help the patient to understand the methodology and the procedure of hypnotherapy or coaching.
A question and answer session will take place. Here the client understands the treatment to follow.

At this time all documentation related to clinical treatment will be completed. Client-Coach contract and measurement scales will be completed.

The session will begin, only and only after the written acceptance and by means of the client’s signature

The session will make a story where the client will openly talk about his affection. In search of more information about the person, this should answer a series of questions, which will help me understand and analyse what were the antecedents that triggered the sexual disclosure. The next step to follow will be the explanation of what would be the most appropriate techniques for the problem presented by the client.

Female Sexual Dysfunction

What are sexual dysfunctions in women?2019-06-20T12:17:49+01:00

Women of any age can present with one or more of the four types of dysfunctions mentioned above, but most present with at least two. It is important to know that currently the vast majority of female sexual dysfunctions can be resolved. Let’s explore more about these dysfunctions.

How are dysfunctions presented?2019-06-20T12:17:41+01:00

One way to recognise dysfunction is that it prevents you from living your sexual life (lack of desire, excitement or orgasm), whether that is touching yourself or being touched by a partner. This is called “global” sexual dysfunction.

Another circumstance may be that there is difficulty in the sexual relationship and yet everything functions normally when you are touched, and this is called “partial”.

Finally, it may only happen in specific circumstances, such as with a particular partner. Then it is called “selective”.

What happens if a woman has a sexual dysfunction?2019-06-20T12:46:30+01:00

Women have the right to a full, satisfying, healthy and enriching sexual life. If you feel that you have sexual problems, seek professional help from a sex therapist or sex coach.

How do sexual dysfunctions present?2019-06-20T12:17:32+01:00

They can occur from the beginning of a person’s sexual life and are called “primaries”.

Or they may appear after a person has lived their sexuality (that is, felt desire, became excited and had orgasms), and are then called “secondary”.

What are the characteristics of sexual dysfunctions?2019-06-20T12:17:24+01:00
  1. They are erotic in nature. We say they are problems related to sexual desire, sexual arousal and orgasm.
  2. They are undesirable. They are a health problem that affects the quality of life and are considered a disease.
  3. They are recurrent and persistent. It is necessary that they appear for a time and several times.
  4. They are a group of symptoms. They usually present with various symptoms and may have a biological, psychological or cultural origin.
What kinds of sexual dysfunctions are there?2019-06-20T12:17:14+01:00

There are 4 general types:

  1. Those that affect a person’s sexual desire, called “dysfunctions of desire”.
  2. Those that prevent a person from getting excited, called “dysfunctions of excitement”.
  3. Those that prevent a person from achieving orgasm, called “dysfunctions of orgasm”.
  4. And still others that can affect all three, called “other dysfunctions”.

Dysfunctions of Desire

What are the dysfunctions of desire in women?2019-06-20T12:30:36+01:00

These affect a woman’s sexual appetite or her desire to participate in sexual activity. There are two types:

  • Hypoactive sexual desire
  • Hyperactive sexual desire
What happens in hypoactive sexual desire?2019-06-20T12:31:18+01:00

In this case, the woman:

  • Never or almost never feels the desire to have an erotic experience.
  • Never or almost never has fantasies or sexual or erotic thoughts.
  • Upon reflection, the woman realises that her desire has decreased with respect to its frequency in the past.
  • The frequency with which a woman initiates sexual activity has diminished or is absent.

It is important to note that with the dysfunction of desire we are talking about the “desire” and not the “frequency” with which you have sex. It is possible for a woman to have frequent sex and still not have “desire”.

What happens in hyperactive sexual desire?2019-06-20T12:31:27+01:00

Here the level of a woman’s desire exceeds the expected limits. This dysfunction is also called “compulsive sexual behaviour”. In general, it means that the sexual appetite is presented with such frequency and intensity that it interferes with the woman’s daily activities.

The woman who has this dysfunction:

  • Sees her thoughts and feelings invaded by sexual desire, which permeates her life.
  • Feels a sexual desire so frequent and intense that she stops working or doing other activities to satisfy herself.
  • Feels that she cannot control or delay her sexual desires and satisfaction.
  • Continues with this behaviour (whether masturbation or with a partner) even though it causes problems at work, in social settings and in the relationship.

Dysfunctions of Arousal

What happens in inhibited female sexual arousal?2019-06-20T12:45:09+01:00

This happens:

  • During sexual activity, the vagina produces little or no lubricating fluid, which can make intercourse difficult, and/or;
  • During sexual activity, a woman does not feel excited or feels as if she is disconnected from the sensations of her body.
What are the dysfunctions of arousal in women?2019-06-20T12:23:36+01:00

With this, the woman does not feel excited and thus does not experience vaginal lubrication during sexual activity.

Dysfunctions of Orgasm

What happens in Orgasmic Insensitivity?2019-06-20T12:45:21+01:00

In this dysfunction, the woman feels the contractions of her vagina, but she does not feel the pleasure of orgasm, and she does not feel satisfied.

What happens in female Anorgasmia?2019-06-20T12:44:47+01:00

In this dysfunction, a woman cannot or finds it extremely difficult to have orgasms, both as a physical response and as a subjective sensation. When an orgasm happens in a woman, her vagina throbs quickly for a few seconds, and she usually experiences very intense pleasurable sensations and possibly a later sensation of being sexually satisfied at the time of vaginal contractions. These two sensations are altered and/or are absent in female anorgasmia.

Sexual Pain Disorder

What is the phobic avoidance of the erotic response?2019-06-20T13:04:28+01:00

With this dysfunction, a woman suffers an intense malaise, fear, anguish and panic when faced with the possibility of having an erotic encounter. These feelings are independent of the love and emotional closeness she may feel for her sexual partner.

  • A disproportionate and intense feeling of anguish at the possibility of an erotic encounter.
  • There is no voluntary control over this response; it is not enough that she tries to relax.
What is Dyspareunia?2019-06-20T12:45:52+01:00

Dyspareunia means pain. A woman with this dysfunction feels physical pain in the genital area either during or after sexual activity.

What is Vaginismus?2019-06-20T12:45:41+01:00

When a woman has vaginismus:

  • The muscles that surround the vagina contract and tighten, so it is very difficult or impossible to introduce the penis into the vagina.
  • This contraction is not voluntary, it does not appear as an attempt to avoid sexual intercourse.
  • The woman may or may not realise that her vagina is reacting in this way.
  • Generally, the woman feels distressed during the sexual encounter.
  • The woman may feel desire, become aroused and have orgasms, or vaginismus may prevent all of those feelings.

Vaginismus is a frequent cause of unfulfilled marriages, but it has a solution.
